Ines & Mateo
Our love story began in the winding streets of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter, where we first met during a sunset walk along the ancient stone paths. What started as a chance encounter has blossomed into something extraordinary—a love that feels as timeless as the city that brought us together.
From late-night conversations on hidden terraces overlooking the Mediterranean to dancing until dawn at local festivals, every moment has led us to this incredible celebration. We've chosen to exchange vows where our journey began, surrounded by the warmth and beauty that defines our relationship.
This is not merely a wedding. It is the beginning of our forever, shared with the people who mean the most to us.

Our story started on a quiet evening in the cobblestone streets of the Gothic Quarter, where Mateo first caught Ines dancing to street musicians near the cathedral. What began as a chance encounter blossomed into countless sunset walks along the Mediterranean, sharing paella at hidden tapas bars, and discovering that we both dreamed of a life filled with laughter, adventure, and endless Spanish summers.
From our first date at Park Güell watching the city lights twinkle below, to late-night conversations on Mateo's rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, we knew we had found something extraordinary. Ines brought warmth and spontaneity to Mateo's world, while he showed her the poetry in everyday moments and the magic of Barcelona's hidden corners.
Two years later, Mateo proposed during a flamenco performance at Tablao Cordobés, the same place where we celebrated our first anniversary. As the guitars played and the dancers spun, he whispered 'mi amor' and asked Ines to be his forever dancing partner through life's beautiful rhythm.

Everything you need to know about our Barcelona celebration — from accommodations and travel to the ceremony details and registry.
We're having a sunset rooftop celebration with Mediterranean vibes! Think cocktail attire with comfortable shoes for dancing. The Barcelona evening can get breezy, so consider bringing a light wrap. We love warm ochre, terracotta, and earth tones, but wear what makes you feel fabulous.
Our ceremony begins at 6:30 PM on the rooftop terrace, followed by cocktails and paella under the stars. Please plan to arrive by 6:15 PM. The venue is located in the heart of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter — detailed directions and parking information are in our travel section.
Yes! We've reserved room blocks at two beautiful hotels within walking distance of our venue. Check our Travel & Stay section for details, rates, and booking codes. Barcelona also has wonderful Airbnb options if you prefer something more local.
Absolutely! Our paella feast will include traditional seafood, vegetarian, and vegan options. When you RSVP, please let us know about any allergies or dietary needs so we can ensure everyone enjoys the celebration. Spanish cuisine has amazing plant-based traditions.
Barcelona's metro system is fantastic and affordable! We recommend getting a travel card for easy access to beaches, Gaudí sites, and the city center. Taxis and ride-sharing are also readily available. Our venue is very walkable from most hotels in the old town.
We're planning an intimate celebration with close family and friends, so we've carefully planned our guest list for the space. If your invitation doesn't include a plus-one but your situation has changed, please reach out to us directly and we'll see what we can accommodate.
Our Promise
Every love story is unique. We're not following a template—we're sharing the moments that brought us together and inviting you to be part of our beginning as husband and wife. This celebration is ours, but it wouldn't be complete without all of you there with us.
