Everything You Need to Know

We've gathered the most common questions to help you prepare for our celebration. If anything is missing, don't hesitate to reach out.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Evergreen Estate, 425 Magnolia Lane, Napa Valley, California. Complimentary valet parking will be available upon arrival.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM sharp. We kindly ask guests to arrive by 3:30 PM so everyone can be seated. Cocktail hour follows at 5:00 PM, with dinner and dancing from 6:00 PM.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is cocktail attire — think elegant and semi-formal. Suits, dressy separates, or cocktail dresses are perfect. The ceremony is outdoors on grass, so please plan footwear accordingly.

Are children welcome?

While we adore your little ones, we have planned an adults-only evening so everyone can relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand and can arrange for a sitter for the night.

Are there hotel room blocks?

Yes! We've reserved rooms at The Vineyard Inn and The Napa Grand Hotel at a discounted group rate. Please book by September 1st and mention the "Ava & Jordan Wedding" for your discount.

Where are you registered?

Your presence is the greatest gift of all. However, if you wish to honor us, we are registered at Crate & Barrel and have a honeymoon fund. Details can be found on our registry page.

Will there be dietary options?

Absolutely! Our menu includes vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free selections. Please indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies on your RSVP card so we can make sure you're well taken care of.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by September 15th so we can finalize all the arrangements. You can respond online through our wedding website or mail back the enclosed response card. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
